The scholarship we help with supports bachelors, masters, PhD degrees and provides a full scholarship which covers tuition waiver,accommodation, living allowance (2500RMB for bachelors,3000RMB for master students and 3500RMB for PHD), and comprehensive medical insurance
This scholarship only supports master’s students for no more than 3 academic years or doctoral students for no more than 4 academic years.The scholarship covers both major study and Chinese language/preparatory study, as specified in the Admission Letter.
Scholarship students can register for either Chinese-taught program or English-taught program if applicable.
Applicants must be citizens of Botswana and be in good health
Applicants must have an excellent academic standing
Applicants under the age of 18 should submit the valid documents of their legal guardians in China (if any) and a consent from their legal guardians in Botswana
The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants
must:
Applicants for undergraduate programs must have senior high school certificate with good academic performance and be under the age of 25
be a bachelor’s degree holder and no more than 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
be a master’s degree holder and no more than 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
Required Documents
Notarized highest diploma;Prospective diploma recipients must submit
official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or
expected graduation date.
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese
or English translations.
Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized
Chinese or English translations.
A personal statement (a brief introduction of yourself)
Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English);
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate
professors.
A CD of your own works (only required for arts students);
Applicants for music studies are requested to submit a CD of their own musical works.
Applicants for the fine arts programs must submit a CD of their own works which include two
sketches, two color paintings and two other works.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy) (The original copy
will be kept by yourself and the form is uniformly printed by Chinese healthy quarantine
departments. It must be written in English and can be downloaded Here
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical
Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending
physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant
are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the
result is valid for only 6 months.
The copy of valid HSK Certificate (if available).
Passport / Visa Style photo
Certified scan/copy of page 2 of your passport
Curriculum Vitae (CV): Professional CV (1-2 pages)

Go to the Application online and begin a new application or edit an already existing one.
Go do medical examinations (You have to pay for them).Please note
medical exam results are only valid for 6 months so do them looking at the scholarship
deadlines and dates. The medical examination form can be downloaded Here
Complete the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the application fee to the banking details provided. Our
application fees are P1500.00 for bachelor’s degree, P2000.00 for Masters degree. We do not help with PhD applications. Some Universities require that the applicants
send hard copies to their offices for processing therefore you agree that should that happen with your application those costs will be paid by you.
Upload proof of payment e.g screenshot, deposit receipt etc.
Review and submit your application.
We review your application, polish it and make any modifications we see fit to make your application stand out.
We process your application after being reviewed by our team.
We will update you on your application status regularly.
Admissions notice will be sent to you by email and post if accepted,
if you were not successful we will apply for you again next scholarship window
but this time around you do not pay the application fee.
